We are specialized in basketball, offering top-tier performance footwear designed to enhance, protect, and elevate the game for players of all levels.

  • We source our products directly from every brand's retail chain. Giving us the best possible price to support our local market. Sometimes we accept consignment products, as long as they are within our product scope and conditions.

  • All of our products are guaranteed to be 100% authentic. Most of the products we sell contain original authentication tags embed.

  • We'd always try to stock the latest and best performance footwear selections, but we'd also need to monitor the market trends and demands about styles and brands. We'd evaluate the performance and style of all new products from the emerging brands and try to bring the best and latest to the market in a reasonable pricing.

  • Partial of the products we carry are rare to find, or limited edition releases. These are a small portion of our selections and are meant for sneaker collections. These are not affecting our goal of providing reasonable pricing on best performance basketball footwear.

  • No. We don't position our store as a fashion store, and we believe all players should be treated equally and fairly. So we don't charge size premiums.

  • As the only store in Canada carrying some of the best emerging brands, we don't usually have sale events. Sometimes we have pop-up sales or holiday sales. For all the latest events and news, please follow our Instagram page for updates.

  • Every brand has different size conversions. So we don't believe the term "true to size" is accurate. If you're new to one brand, the easiest way to find your size is convert your current shoe size to CM or MM, which usually found on your shoe tag. Then find the US size matching with the same CM/MM on the new brand.

    There are other factors to shoe-fitting, like width, design, material, padding and etc. So trying on is always the best way to tell if a shoe would fit or not.

Returns & Refunds

  • Return policy is 14 days since purchase date, or package delivery date for online sales. Returned/exchanged merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with original tags and packaging/box. FINAL SALE products are not eligible for return or exchange.

    Please note: all returned products need to be in brand new and resell-able condition, with all original packaging and accessories. Indoor fitting is allowed.

  • All shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship everything from Vancouver. Depending on your location in Canada, domestic shipping can take up to 5-6 business days.

    You can choose from many shipping options in the checkout process, priority/expedited services may take about 2-3 days to arrive, and regular/ground services may take up to 5-6 days.

  • Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout. Local shipping for Great Vancouver Area can be as low as $9, and cross-country shipping could be as high as ~$50.

  • Sorry, currently we don't offer free shipping. For large domestic orders, please contact us to check if free shipping is available.

  • We ship our products to Canada ans the USA.

    Although US shipping rate and extra duty may apply to overall price due to changes of policies.
